Rick Yandle has over 20 years experience providing specialized tax and accounting services, including “Big Eight” experience with the former Ernst & Whinney accounting firm and international experience with overseas projects in Central America and North Africa.

 

Rick now provides tax, tax accounting, and IRS and state revenue department representation services to closely-held multi-national firms in Charlotte and the surrounding area.  Rick is authorized to practice before the IRS, and is admitted to the Bars of the United States Tax Court and U.S Court of Federal Claims.

 

Rick is also admitted to the State Bar of California, and has successfully negotiated California tax settlements for international companies doing business in the United States.

 

Rick has served on the Board of Directors of the British American Business Council of North Carolina, and is a member of BAGOL (British American Group of Lawyers). Rick routinely travels to the United Kingdom to speak on the Federal and multi-state tax challenges facing U.K. investors doing business in the United States.
